For this presentation I created a PowerPoint on Seasons. My PowerPoint is geared towards elementary students around the grades 2nd or 3rd. I plan on teaching elementary so I picked something I felt could be interesting for younger grade levels. I added poems and basic facts to discuss. I added in my PowerPoint lots of pictures and colors to engage the young students and try to get their attention. I then uploaded this PowerPoint to SlideShare and embedded it on my wiki page.
For Part II I narrated my Power Point breaking down and talking about each slide. I used Profcast to record my voice to the Power Point. I described each slide so that people could listen to each slide instead of reading through the whole Power Point. I then had to post it on YouTube and embed it to my wiki page.
Podcast Assignment
For this assignment I create a podcast using a program called Audacity where I recorded my voice. I had to find music to put into the beginning and end of my podcast. The topic of my podcast is on what I think Governor Snyder should accomplish in his first year in office. After creating the podcast I then used a program called LAME used with Audacity to export the recording as an mp3 file and upload it to my wiki page.
Digital Story
For this assignment I had to create a digital story using iMovie on Mac. I had to choose pictures and music to play through it as well as narrate the story. All took all of my pictures myself and I choose a graduation song to match my story. After creating the video and narrating it, I had to save it as a .mov, upload it to YouTube, and embed it to my wiki page.

For this assignment I had to upload a picture I took from my digital camera. It had to be one from my computer and not from an online photo album. I then had to go to the Creative Commons section of flickr.com and choose a picture under one of the six Creative Commons licenses and embed it onto my wiki page. I had to create a task that my students could complete using the picture from flickr.com and describe it here beneath the picture.
